How do I view my support tickets in the Customer Portal?

See your open and closed support tickets.

1. Sign in to our Customer Portal here.

2. Click "Go to Customer Portal" in upper right corner, or click here.

3. Search by ticket keywords, filter by your tickets or your organization's tickets, or filter by status.

4. Click into any of your tickets to view initial ticket message and any chat/email history associated with the ticket.
